Rider programs

At Superpedestrian, we believe that everyone should benefit from shared micromobility. In order to make this a reality, we offer fare discounts, and ensure access to Superpedestrian scooters for all, including those without a smartphone, bank account, or credit card. We also offer accessible vehicles.

LINK-Up

LINK-Up is a reduced fare program for qualifying riders across the U.S. Discounts and terms vary by location. Most LINK-Up riders receive a discount of 70% or more.

How to apply for LINK-Up

Fill out our enrollment form to apply for LINK-Up. You’ll need:

  • A photo or scan of your government-issued ID

  • A document proving enrollment in an income-based government assistance program, such as a photo or scan of your SNAP card, utility bill, Medicaid insurance card, or reduced fare card

  • Some locations offer greater discounts for individuals with very low incomes. These greater discounts will require proof of income to qualify.

Cash Payments

Riders who prefer to pay with cash can do so in two ways:

  • With smartphone: LINK App users can use cash to purchase prepaid debit cards, which can be added to the LINK App virtual wallet. A minimum balance of $10 must be available on the prepaid card in order to start a ride.

  • Without smartphone: LINK-Up members can call our customer support team to request an invoice via email, which can be paid with a prepaid debit card. A $5 hold is required to start a ride.

No smartphone necessary

The LINK App is not required to rent a scooter. Riders in the LINK-Up program can create accounts and start and end trips all by speaking with our customer support team.

To create an account without a smartphone, send us an email, or call our dedicated line: +1 (855) 978-8556. Note - this line is not intended for general support and is to be used only for creating non-smartphone accounts.

LINK Access

LINK Access provides accessible vehicles to people with disabilities that preclude them from riding a stand-up LINK Scooter.
