Rules of the Road in Cleveland
Wear a helmet when riding a scooter or bike
Follow traffic laws and do not ride on the sidewalk in business districts
Rent only one device at a time
Keep both hands on the handlebars, except when using hand signals for turning or stopping
Do not carry anything that interferes with your ability to maintain control of the device
Cleveland State University Rules
Stick to bike lanes and streets instead of sidewalks
Think safety - wear a helmet and use caution when riding
Please review CSU's rules and regulations for electric scooter use
If ending your ride on campus, park at a bike rack
Do not wear headphones while riding
Do not ride while distracted (eg. using a mobile phone, etc.)
Only one person per device at a time
Operating a scooter or bicycle after consuming drugs or alcohol may result in serious injury and legal ramifications
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in a ticket or suspension from use.

Anyone who qualifies for local, Ohio State, or federal assistance program is eligible for LINK-Up discounts. Programs that qualify for the LINK-Up discount fair program include SNAP, Medicaid, and others.
