Story

Superpedestrian was spun out of the MIT Senseable City Lab in 2013 in order to solve urban transportation challenges. 

We spent 8 years creating Vehicle Intelligence, our core technology, which makes micromobility sustainable, efficient, and safe at scale. Vehicle Intelligence enables us to invest in our workers with stable jobs, focus on community partnerships, and operate across entire cities.

We rolled out our shared scooters in 2020. We operate shared scooters powered by Vehicle Intelligence in cities across the United States and Europe.
